  1. Log into the system and find the project you just completed.
  2. Open the project, complete the task. You can view the budget and enter the actual time. 
  3. If you completed the job in WordBee, the Project Coordinator should provide a Purchase Order.  As long as you agree with the rate, you can upload this document as your invoice. It still should be uploaded into LinguistLink for review/approval/payment.
  4. Create an invoice as a separate file that can be attached (word, excel, pdf).
