  1. Select "My Conversations"
  2. Click the "+New" button.
  3. Create the subject and message (and attachment, if needed).
  4. Click "Send"
  5. Select Participant(s).
  6. Message will be sent to the participant as soon as they're selected.

To create conversations attached to a project, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Project Information page.
  2. Select the speech icon next to the language in the Project Item panel.
  3. Create the message for the linguist (or use a template).

To view conversations,

  1. Select "My Conversations".
  2. Select "View".

From the dashboard, you can view the "status" of the message. An unread message will say "new", a message that has a reply will change the status to "In Progress".

To reply to conversations,

  1. Select "My Conversations".
  2. Select "View".
  3. Reply to messages.
