Use "conversations" to directly communicate with linguists or schedulers.
Step-by-step guide
To create conversations not attached to a project, follow these steps:
- Select "My Conversations"
- Click the "+New" button.
- Create the subject and message (and attachment, if needed).
- Click "Send"
- Select Participant(s).
- Message will be sent to the participant as soon as they're selected.
To create conversations attached to a project, follow these steps:
- Open the Project Information page.
- Select the speech icon next to the language in the Project Item panel.
- Create the message for the linguist (or use a template).
