Use "conversations" to directly communicate with linguists or schedulers.
Step-by-step guide
To create conversations not attached to a project, follow these steps:
- Select "My Conversations"
- Click the "+New" button.
- Create the subject and message (and attachment, if needed).
- Click "Send"
- Select Participant(s).
- Message will be sent to the participant as soon as they're selected.
Use templates created by the scheduler team for common messages.
To view conversations,
- Select "My Conversations".
- Select "View".
From the dashboard, you can view the "status" of the message. An unread message will say "new", a message that has a reply will change the status to "In Progress".
To reply to conversations,
- Select "My Conversations".
- Select "View".
- Reply to messages.
