Linguist not receiving notifications
Problem
A linguist is not receiving project notifications.
Solution
If a linguist does not seem to be receiving notifications, you can check the following:
The linguist profile should be connected to the proper service.
The linguist profile should be connected to the right account.
The linguist should add “no-reply@linguistlink.net” to their contact account to minimize chance of being sent to spam. Look in spam folder, if the notifications are there, linguist should mark as “not spam” to make sure they go to the inbox.
If these are checked, you should submit a ticket so we can check to see if there is some issue between the domains. https://mindlinkresources.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1
