Why close a conversation?

I received a message that a conversation was closed on my project

Solution

There are a few reasons your conversation might be “closed” by another user. Here are some examples:

  1. The issue has been resolved and the scheduler “closed” it.

  2. The message or invoice was “approved” by a scheduler.

  3. If you feel that it has been closed by mistake, please let your scheduler know.
