Use "conversations" to directly communicate with linguists or schedulers.

Step-by-step guide

To create conversations not attached to a project, follow these steps:

  1. Select "My Conversations"
  2. Click the "+New" button.
  3. Create the subject and message (and attachment, if needed).
  4. Click "Send"
  5. Select Participant(s).
  6. Message will be sent to the participant as soon as they're selected.


Use templates created by the scheduler team for common messages.

To view conversations,

  1. Select "My Conversations".
  2. Select "View".

From the dashboard, you can view the "status" of the message. An unread message will say "new", a message that has a reply will change the status to "In Progress".

To reply to conversations,

  1. Select "My Conversations".
  2. Select "View".
  3. Reply to messages.
