When the translator completes a document, they will deliver to the Schedulers . The Scheduler will ensure the document has been translated and reviewed properly, then they will deliver the file as a Direct Message . Requesters can download the files by following the instructions below.
Instructions
Schedulers will deliver files via the system. You can access the files following these steps:
Go to “My Conversations”
You should be able to find the message that includes the translation delivery
Download file to your local machine (files with the icon:
are available for download).
If you do not see the message, please ask your scheduler to make sure you are attached to the message.
