Project Status

Each request in LinguistLink will have a status assigned. There are two types of statuses in the system 1- Action Status 2- Fixed Status.

Action Status

The following shows the actions that are related to specific statuses. Email notifications will be sent for each change in status.

Draft

When the request is in draft mode, requesters are still able to make edits and adjustments.

Pending

When the request has been submitted, schedulers will review and assign “Pending” requests to linguists.

New

Schedulers change the status to “new” to send notifications to suppliers to accept or decline.

In Progress

Once the supplier accepts, the status will change to “in progress”.

Complete

Schedulers will change the status to “complete” manally.
