Not Receiving Email Notifications?

If you can not find email notifications from us, there are few things you might be able to do it by yourself.

How to check whether you received our email notifications or not.

  1. Search mail with the following phrases/terms.

     

    1. no-reply@linguistlink.net

    2. “New project assigned to you”

    3. “New conversation posted by”

    4. “You have been requested for a project”

  2. If no luck, open the following folders. Then, try #1 again.

    1. Spam

    2. Social

    3. Promotions

  3. If still no luck, click +Get Help and contact our LinguistLink - Technical Support team.

     

Found in the Spam folder?

If you find our emails in unwanted folders such as the Spam folder, there is a way to avoid our emails landing to other email labels/boxes.

Ex.
Matches: from:(no-reply@linguistlink.net) to:(your-email-address@emailprovider.com)
Do this: Apply label "LinguistLink", Never send it to Spam, Categorize as Primary
