How to Review Video Subtitles in WordBee

When subtitles are translated, we need native speakers to provide a quality check to ensure the quality is good and the text is sync’ed properly with what is happening in the video.

Instructions

To provide Video QA using WordBee, follow these steps:

  1. Select “conduct work” from your job.

  2. Open the video by selecting the camera

  3. Click inside the segment with the translated text and the video will play that segment. View the video to view the English/Translated text.

  4. If a change is needed, update the segment directly in the editor.

  5. When completed, mark the job completed in wordbee and LinguistLink.net

You may need to add the YouTube link if the file does not come up. You can get to the dialog box by clicking the camera icon.

 

If the video is not on YouTube, you may be asked to upload the file directly:
