User not receiving notifications
Problem
A scheduler or requester is not receiving project notifications.
Solution
If a user does not seem to be receiving notifications, you can check the following:
Check your profile to ensure the email address is correct and there is no typo.
The message may be going to spam:
The linguist should add “no-reply@linguistlink.net” to their contact account to minimize chance of being sent to spam. Look in spam folder, if the notifications are there, linguist should mark as “not spam” to make sure they go to the inbox.
The domain may be filtering the message. Ask your IT admin to “whitelist” the domain “linguistlink.net” (also include the server ip address: 24.20.199.233 )
